Mental Health professionals trained to manage crisis and assist with mental health needs. Staff are able to triage incoming calls and refer to appropriate entities for immediate response when needed. Callers utilizing the crisis line can also request follow-up from a staff member during business hours if they would like further services.

If a vulnerable adult is hurt because they were abandoned, abused, exploited, neglected, or are not taking care of themselves, it must be reported to Adult Protective Services (APS).
